By accessing and using ImageConvertFree ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

ImageConvertFree provides free online image conversion tools that process images entirely within your web browser. The Service includes tools for:

  • Converting between image formats (HEIC, JPG, PNG, WebP, SVG)
  • Compressing images to reduce file size
  • Resizing images to specific dimensions
  • Converting images to PDF documents
  • Batch processing multiple images

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the Service to process images that infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service

You retain all rights to your images. We do not claim any ownership over the images you process using our Service. Since all processing happens in your browser, your images are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of ImageConvertFree.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGECONVERTFREE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Service interruption
  • Computer damage or system failure

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero for our free tools).

7. Browser Compatibility

The Service requires a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Some features may not work in older browsers.

8. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising. By using the Service, you agree to the display of advertisements. We strive to keep ads non-intrusive and relevant.
